What time can I check in?
Standard check-in begins at 3:00 PM. When an apartment is ready earlier, we will let you know. Guaranteed early check-in may sometimes be purchased as an additional service, subject to availability.
What time is check-out?
Check-out is by 10:00 AM. This gives us enough time to clean and prepare the apartment for the next guests.
How do I collect the keys?
Enjoy Bruges uses key lockers. Before arrival, you will receive your locker number and personal access code.
Is free parking available?
Free public parking is available approximately two minutes' walk from the building. It is not a private car park and spaces cannot be reserved or guaranteed.
How far is the historic centre?
The Market Square of Bruges is approximately 1.9 kilometres from the apartments: roughly 20 to 25 minutes on foot or 7 minutes by bicycle.
Are bed linen and towels included?
Yes. Beds are prepared before arrival and towels are provided.
Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes. All apartments include free Wi-Fi.
Does every apartment have a kitchen?
Yes. Every apartment has a private kitchen with the basic facilities required to prepare meals.
Can we rent bicycles?
Yes. Guests may rent bicycles from Enjoy Bruges, subject to availability.
Is a bicycle with a child seat available?
We have one bicycle fitted with a child seat. We recommend requesting it in advance.
Are bicycle helmets available?
Adult and children's helmets are not normally available. We recommend bringing your own helmet.
Are pets permitted?
No. Pets are not allowed inside the apartments.
Is smoking permitted?
No. Smoking is not permitted inside the building or apartments. A supplementary cleaning charge of €100 may be applied following a violation.
Are parties permitted?
No. Parties, events and excessive noise are not permitted.
What are the quiet hours?
We ask guests to avoid excessive noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
May visitors enter the apartment?
Only registered and paid guests may stay overnight. Additional guests must be reported in advance and may never exceed the apartment's maximum capacity. A charge per authorised additional guest and per night may apply.
Is a baby cot available?
A baby cot can be provided on request. Please request it in advance so that we can confirm availability.
Is there a washing machine?
Two of our four apartments have a washing machine: the Charming Canal View Apartment and the Spacious Apartment. You will also find this listed with the amenities of each apartment. We plan to extend this in the future.
Are Kevin and Heidi present in the building?
We do not live permanently in the building. Self-check-in allows you to arrive independently, but we remain available during your stay when assistance is required.
Is city tax payable?
City tax is charged according to the rate applicable in the City of Bruges at the time of your stay. The correct amount will be displayed during the booking process or communicated before arrival.
Can I cancel my booking?
Cancellation conditions depend on the selected rate and booking channel. Please read the applicable conditions carefully before confirming your reservation.
