Enjoy Bruges Holiday Apartments is operated by Kevin Verstraete (VAT BE 0819.633.073). You can reach us at info@enjoybruges.com or +32 486 54 37 77. The apartments are located at Noorweegse Kaai 8, 8000 Bruges, Belgium.

What data we collect

When you use the contact form on this website, we process the details you provide: your name, email address, telephone number, travel dates, number of guests, preferred apartment and your message.

Bookings themselves are made through our external booking environment (Hostaway) or through booking platforms such as Airbnb, which act as independent data controllers under their own privacy policies.

Why we process your data

We use your contact details solely to answer your question, follow up on your request and prepare your stay. The legal basis is your consent (you tick a box before sending the form) and, where your question relates to a booking, the performance of a contract.

How long we keep your data

Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards, after which they are deleted. Messages that relate to a stay may be kept for as long as legal (for example fiscal) obligations require.

Who else sees your data

We do not sell your data. We use a small number of service providers to run this website:

• Postmark (ActiveCampaign, Inc.) delivers the contact form emails to us.
• PodaLink hosts this website within the EU and maintains it on our behalf.
• Cloudflare provides security services, including the Turnstile check that protects the contact form against abuse.
• Matomo, self-hosted within the EU, provides visitor statistics without cookies and without sharing data with third parties.

Your rights

You may ask us at any time to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to restrict or object to its processing. Email us at info@enjoybruges.com and we will respond as soon as possible.

If you believe we have not handled your data correctly, you can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority via dataprotectionauthority.be.

Security

This website is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Contact messages are stored on a secured server and are only accessible to Kevin and Heidi.
